I am Laura Castro, LMFT (she/her). I am a Trauma Specialist, Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapist, and Death Witch.

For over a decade, I have guided individuals through the darkest terrain of the human psyche. My work sits at the intersection of clinical neuroscience and spiritual alchemy—bridging the gap between evidence-based trauma recovery and the reclaiming of your raw, erotic vitality.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Denver and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. My clinical lineage is forged in high-intensity settings: navigating addiction at Aegis Treatment Centers, holding space for severe acute crises in the Intensive Outpatient Program at Olympia Medical Center, and honoring ancestral and systemic trauma at United American Indian Involvement.

This deep, underworld clinical training taught me a fundamental truth: complex trauma (C-PTSD) and attachment wounds cannot simply be thought away. They lock themselves deep within the nervous system, the psyche, and the silences of the body.

When your neurobiology is stuck in a state of chronic survival, your "window of tolerance" shrinks, and attachment trauma begins running the show. You lose access to financial freedom, purpose-driven impact, and true relational intimacy. Most devastatingly, trauma severs your connection to your erotic blueprint—your innate capacity for pleasure, desire, and bodily sovereignty.

As a licensed therapist extensively trained in EMDR and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), and specializing in sex-therapy informed trauma recovery, I provide a fiercely anchored container to help you process what has been frozen. As a spiritual practitioner and Death Witch, I do not fear the dark. I help you look directly into your shadow, compost the old attachments that no longer serve you, and utilize ritual to integrate your whole, undivided self.
